All electrical items comply to Australian Standards (AS3001).

• Mains power connection to the cottage is via an External Distribution Board which is supplied.
• Electrical Distribution Board (6-Pole IP65 rated) including:
  • 1 x 20amp power RCBO (Type A),
  • 1 x 20amp main power circuit breaker,
  • 1 x 16amp main power inlet connector,
  • 1 x 10amp main power circuit breaker.
  • 2 x Blank breaker spaces for added capacity.
  • Air Conditioning can be easily connected to one of the breakers
• 2.5mm electrical cable pre-fitted in the roof and walls ready for connection to the lights, switch and EDB
• Fixtures:

Frame and Walls

• External steel frames are finished with a zinc rich primer and protective paint.
• Walls are thermally insulated and finished with powder-coated steel protective galvanised sheeting on both sides.

Windows and Doors

• Black powder-coated, lockable windows and doors.
• All windows and doors are:
  • Double-glazed for improved thermal and acoustic insulation.
  • Insect screens are supplied on all windows.

Installation

• Three (3) able-person installation.
• Three (3) to five (5) hours to unfold once the cottage has been secured onto the footings/ground and levelled.
• A detailed instruction manual is provided.
• Gas rams to assist with lifting the roof section are fitted prior to delivery.
• Two (2) dolly wheels are provided for loading and unloading on a concrete hardstand only.
